How to find your purpose.

There are few things that feel as terrible as when we feel like we're living without purpose.

Sometimes though, we place a lot of pressure on ourselves to find just one purpose. 

What if our purpose is seasonal?
Or what if we have a specific purpose for one year?
What if in the shifting of how we look at purpose we actually find clarity around this longing?
 
How can you break down your purpose to make the defining of it more manageable?


We can find our life purpose and
We can also find our purpose for this year and
WE can also find our purpose for the season of our life and
We can also find our purpose for the next five minutes.
 
This is why time blocking works.

Time blocking helps us focus not only our attention but also our energy and purpose for this window of time.

Energetically, this keeps all of our energy focused in one direction.

Abraham-Hicks teaches that overwhelm and frustration is a lack of focus on this very energy. 

Overwhelm, and the feeling of lack of purpose, is simply scattered focus.
