Root Chakra Recipe: Ground me Veggie Broth

Wash and cut fresh beets and place in crockpot along with potatoes. Add dried mushrooms and seaweed and fill with filtered water. Cook on low for 12 hours and use a veggie broth for all soups and sauces.

Sacral Chakra Recipe: Connect me Carrots

Mix carrots and parsnips with olive oil and sea salt and roast at 385 degrees for 45 minutes, add butter and mix together to serve

Solar Plexus Chakra Recipe: Yellow Squash Fritters

Grate 2 large yellow squash with large grating hole.Add 1 teaspoon of salt and let set for 15 minutes. Then ring out water with paper towel. Mix with two eggs, 1/2 cup flour, 1 small diced onion, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Add 4 tablespoon of olive oil to pan and place in pat as for pancakes. Cook each side approx 5 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees

Heart Chakra Recipe: Maui in a Cup

One blender full of spinach, 1 whole cucumber sliced (ends removed), 3 stalks of celery, handful of strawberries, one peeled pineapple and coconut water- blend and enjoy smoothie

Throat Chakra Recipe: Diva Water. Uplevel your water drinking either with mineral water or writing positive messaging on the outside of your glass and placing it in the window sill to create Solar Water. Enjoy holding space for drinking and eating. Mindful eating and drinking.

Third Eye Recipe: 1/4 cup avocado oil. Juice and zest from one lemon and one orange. 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander - let tilapia marinate for 1 hour to several hours in refrigerator. Cook in pan with juices to your liking.

Crown Chakra Recipe: Fast for one minute. If you are open to a longer fast…wonderful. But begin with a one-minute fast.
