Raising your energetic vibration

Everything is made up of energy, and it is measurable. 

There are machines that can now measure our body’s frequency but an available way for each of us to know our frequency is based on our emotional state.

The higher our emotional state, the higher our frequency. When our frequency is higher, we manifest more of what we want into our life.

Here is a great chart that will help you begin to gauge where you are vibin’ created by Dr. David R. Hawkins - author of many incredible books, including Power vs. Force


 


Why is any of this important? Especially now during the holidays?
 
Have you ever noticed that when you’ve come home from an amazing night out with your closest friends and are feeling amazing, it is THEN that you might snack on something, have one last glass of wine or a piece of chocolate? Why is this?

Joy, gratitude and love are some of the highest frequency states of emotion. If we haven’t been experiencing that energy level and all of a sudden have an amazing night, surrounded by loved ones and joy, our frequency may raise to abnormal levels.

This is a great thing.

We ultimately want our frequency to raise.  It is from this higher energy state that we manifest what we want, feel the best and are the healthiest.

But like all things we first experience, it can feel a little uncomfortable.
You are literally out of your comfort zone, energetically, because you’ve been used to vibin’ in a certain range.

So where does the noshing come in?

Drinking alcohol and eating sugar both lower our energy vibration.

So when we reach this higher frequency after a great night, we can feel AMAZING!  It can also unknowingly energetically freak us out because we are out of our energetic comfort zone and we unconsciously go to eat or drink to get back to that energetic space we’ve known.

The fantastic news is that we always have muscle memory.  Our physical, energetic, spiritual and emotional body will always remember this higher vibin’ state and will return to it easier.

The same is true for all of the above at the lower end of the frequency range too. 

You’ve been feeling pretty good and then you have one rough night and find yourself feeling sad, depressed or maybe are grieving a loved one who is not with you this holiday season.

You are still out of your energetic comfort zone.  You’re just on the lower side of it.

You may find that you turn to food for comfort. Depending on what you eat, you may raise your frequency to get yourself back into your comfort zone. Different foods have different energy frequencies.
 
With the holidays in full swing, there may be a lot of opportunity for you to test this out for yourself. 

Before you leave for an event, look at this chart and write down the frequency number you feel you resonate with the most.

As soon as you come home, write down your frequency number. 

Notice whether or not the number is higher or lower and what cravings, if any, you may have.
 
As you become aware of your frequency, you can see where your “comfort zone” resides and, like any training, you can begin to push yourself to feel more comfortable at a higher level and resist drinking that last glass of wine or eating that holiday cookie when you get home. 

Certainly, the holidays are full of delicious cookies and treats.  Enjoy as you desire! The purpose of this exercise is to bring awareness to your frequency and to your energetic comfort zone.  It is incredibly empowering to recognize why we choose to make the choices we are making.
