We are all made up of energy.
Hi Thriver!
We are all made of energy.
“An atom is 99.99999 percent energy and 0.00001 percent physical substance,” says Dr. Joe Dispenza, author of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One and Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind.
In the same way that the electricity in your home needs to be grounded to prevent an offing of excessive electricity, our personal electrical systems need to be grounded as well for the exact same reason.
What happens when an electrical socket is not grounded? It can frazzle, spark and cause a fire because the excess energy is looking for the fastest way to exit this system.
The same is true for your electrical system.
When we are ungrounded, we are frazzled, just like the end of the electrical cords.
We forget what we are saying, we double-book appointments and offload our energy as quickly as we can, often by losing our temper or our valuable keys, phone or wallet.
A morning grounding practice helps to ground your own system and helps you to maintain your focus and the foundation for your mindfulness practice.
