How Your Own Emotions Can Prevent The Coronavirus.

The panic and worry over the Coronavirus is widespread.

There have been countless articles offering advice on how to prevent catching it ranging from washing your hands to making your own sanitizer to wearing masks and gloves.

But when I saw recent images of people with water bottles over their faces and wearing literal head-to-toe body bags to walk around, my heart broke.

These powerless images almost brought me tears.

In every one of these circumstances, these individuals are forgetting their most essential germ-fighter: their own immune system, their power within.

This powerless gravitation towards handing over all of our power and protection to external items denies our immune system in doing what it does best- keep you healthy. It is designed to combat germs.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it is super important to take part in thorough hand washing throughout the day.

I always have.

But ultimately, we are made up of energy.

There is no questioning this fact that Albert Einstein proved long ago.

As such, we each have our own frequency number, a unique pace at which our energy moves through our body. As our frequency lowers, we are more susceptible to illness and colds.

According to Bruce Taino of Taino Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington who created the first monitor to read the human body's frequency, when we are in the range of 68MHz-62MHz*, we are healthy and strong.

When we are in the range of 68MHz-62MHz*, we are healthy and strong.

When our frequency drops to 58MHz, we welcome colds and flus.

When our frequency drops lower than 57MHz, we find ourselves susceptible to greater illness.

What causes our frequency to rise or fluctuate?

  • Eating organic healthy vegetables that deliver good energy to your body increases your frequency.

  • Cutting out sugar and alcohol increases your frequency

  • Exercise

  • Sleep

  • Meditation

  • Positive thinking

These all help us to raise our energetic frequency because they help us keep our emotions positive.

Each emotion has its own unique frequency as well, with the frequency of love being one of the highest at 528 Hz. Gratitude is at 900 Hz.

Fear is at 100Hz. Anger is at 150 Hz.

You do the math.

As we walk around in a state of fear, we are slowly lowering our own energetic frequency and thus lowering our immune system response.

Here’s how it works, from an excerpt from my upcoming book, The Anxiety Connection.

Our Thoughts trigger emotions.
Emotions move energy.
Energy manifests physically in our bodies.

What we do with our energy matters.

It's how we stay energized and healthy. Here’s how this looks in an everyday example:

You find yourself at an associate’s party and you are politely making small talk when all of a sudden, a good friend enters the circle and reveals something personal that perhaps the circle of colleagues may not have known. This ignites a thought, ‘Oh, that’s embarrassing.’  This thought of embarrassment triggers the emotion of embarrassment. The embarrassment emotion sets the embarrassment energy in motion, influencing our physical cells to move the blood and energy to our face and chest where we then….blush.

This same pattern is true for every illness and injury. When our energy is strong, we do not welcome illness or injury. The slip of the ankle, the twist of the knee. If the energy is strong in these areas, it will not injure. Certainly, there are accidents that happen but our bodies will always heal at a more rapid pace when our frequency is higher. I have also found that people who tend to be more accident-prone often have lower frequencies. It is incredible how I have seen this concept proven over and over again in my practice.

In Louise Hay’s book, Heal Your Body A-Z, which describes the emotional causes of ailments,

Viral infection reads, “Lack of joy flowing through life. Bitterness.”

It seems as though our world has been heading toward being susceptible to any virus for quite some time.

Here’s another great example:

Think about the last time you had laryngitis or strep throat. Who were you mad at? How were you not speaking up for yourself?  Throat issues are about the inability to speak up for oneself and swallowed anger. What was your sore throat really about?

Our body is a physical manifestation of our energy frequency. Cells divide and organs function at the frequency of their host.

What frequency is your body functioning at?

I’ve been sick twice this winter, which is really rare for me. But I can pinpoint the precise situations that triggered my emotions that moved my energy that caused the physical manifestation.

Start with these simple examples and while you are washing your hands every hour for the next few months, here’s my suggestion.

Begin a gratitude practice while scrubbing down.

Rather than washing from a place of fear, panic or anger, wash from a place of gratitude. Grateful you have running water. Grateful you have soap. Grateful you have two hands to wash. Allow your gratitude to continue on beyond your hand washing but use this as your trigger to create your gratitude hand washing habit.

As the Bible states in Proverbs 17:22, "a merry heart does good like medicine."

So let's add gratitude to our "medicine" cabinet.

Your gratitude practice will not only raise your body’s energy frequency and help you to have a better day, but also may be the very thing that will help you from getting sick.

Much love,
Erin
