What's Your Foundation For 2020?

A building will collapse without the proper foundation. The deeper and more secure a foundation, the higher a building can rise. 

The same is true for you. 

Your health, your career, your relationships and your own mindfulness are all improved with a stronger foundation.

Our growth can only be as dynamic as our foundation is sturdy. 

Interestingly enough, this year is about your foundation. 

In numerology, the year’s digits are added together to obtain a single digit number. 

2020= 2 + 0 + 2 + 0=4

4 is a foundation building number. Four is hard-working, dependable, productive. 4 loves balance. 

2020 is a foundation building year. 

What seeds will you plant this year that will be nourished and will ultimately blossom throughout this decade? 

What parts of your foundation need to be strengthened this year? Where do you need to plant your seeds?
