While Johnny Depp's definitely drawing in humor here by sharing that hating requires an amount of caring and that he'd rather not do either, he makes an interesting point.
Hate is too energetically expensive because it ultimately lowers our emotion and energetic frequency which draw in lower vibe life experiences.
When we pay attention to our energy level and how we feel, we begin to attract a new and different life and a new way to interact with the world.
We attract a life that matches the energy we emit.
Like attracts like.
We can know where our energetic frequency is resonating based on the current emotion we are feeling in this moment.
When we spend time in hate, it exhausts our energy and lowers our energetic frequency and ultimately attracts more hate into your life.
In the same way, love attracts love.

Where are you resonating today?
When you pay close attention to how you feel, you can use this emotional awareness as your superpower.
