Are you finding yourself on a long journey to somewhere meaningful for you?

Hi Thriver!

Are you finding yourself on a long journey to somewhere meaningful for you?

Maybe it's a health journey.
Maybe it's a career journey.
Maybe it's a journey back to your most authentic self.

Whether you are setting stronger boundaries or launching a book, it is a process to be honored.

I am in the process of recording my audible for Establishing Equilibrium, launching September 26th. I am scheduling podcasts and drumming up PR opportunities. There is so much happening right now and I am so grateful.

Like many things, recording this audible is such a bigger project than I realized. I listen to approximately one audible book a week so there was no way I would launch a book without an accompanying audio version. It was also really important to me that I read this book as there are so many personal stories shared in this book.

But wow...I had no idea the commitment this was going to be. It takes twice as long to record as the final edit will produce and then finding a quiet moment in the house to record. It has been an incredible journey.

I was sharing this heaviness with a friend at a family dinner and I said, "I feel like I'm at the foot of a really tall mountain since every chapter seems to take an hour to record and I have over 40 chapters."

He turned around and said, "But you're at the mountain."

Those were such profound words.

I somehow in that moment forgot the 5 years, 6 editors and 4 designers involved in bringing this book to life. It has been a journey to get to this mountain and will ascend and tackle this mountain one moment at a time... just as I have taken one step forward every day.

This weekend marked the 7 year mark of my Love Letters written to you.  My first Love.Heal.Thrive. love letter was delivered into your inbox on September 2, 2016 and if you've been with me even longer you would know these love notes have been delivered to you since March 13, 2014 as an Angel Birthday love note. Almost 10 years of guidance delivered to you.

While I am so proud of this journey, and anticipating what is to come, the most important step, for me and for you, is the very next step.

If we get too far ahead of ourselves or too stuck in the past, it adds weight and stress to every thought or choice.

Focus on the step in front of you and before you know it, you'll be basking in a life and view from the top of your metaphorical mountaintop.

I hope this weekly love has helped escort you toward and up your mountain too.

Take your next mindful step, step by step, chapter by chapter and watch how amazing the view looks from the top of your mountain.
