Are you exhausted during the holidays?

It's the most wonderful time of the year!


We get to connect with our loved ones and celebrate them as a cherished part of our lives.


But when is too much ...too much?


Have you ever gone to a party and come home exhausted? Found yourself exhausted for a few additional days? Maybe even come down with a cold?


When we exhaust our energy system, we feel depleted and exhausted.


When Angel Birthdays was first released, I attended many book events and fairs where I would read and sign my books. As people came up to my table, they would pour their grieving hearts out to me.


At first, I felt honored by the trust I had gained from them but when I got home that day, I crawled into bed... and stayed there for two days. I could hardly move.


I was not sick.

I had no fever.

I had no cold symptoms.


I was energetically depleted. This was the first time I had ever experienced this on this intense level.


So I met with every spiritual advisor and coach I knew to ask how they handled holding space for people. This led me to figure out the Pink Bubble technique for myself. And also how to apply this technique to whatever event I am attending in my First Day of School Meditation.


While these techniques are so important, there is something even more important to complete every time you come home from an event.


Upon returning home, release the energy you've attracted and call back your own energy that you've released to others so that you go to sleep with your energy system whole and complete. You will be amazed at what a difference this process makes at the end of every day, but especially after events.


Call back your own energy and release what is not yours.


When we do this, we allow what needs to go, to go, and what needs to come, to come. This is true of energy, blessings, and what no longer serves you or whatever is waiting to serve you. When we consciously begin again every day, we open our life up to receive infinite blessings.
