How Can Forgiveness Catapult You Into The Life Of Your Dreams?
Maybe it was the heat. Maybe it was that every person who walked into Love.Heal.Thrive. was ready to release. Maybe it was the Ho' oponopono Blessing.
I think it was a combination of all three.
But Tuesday night was an incredible evening that propelled us all onto a new level of manifesting. I have never received so many texts and emails about the incredible response from the evening.
One attendee wrote, "I wanted to let you know that within about 20 hours of the Ho' oponopono Blessing circle, someone stepped in to begin resolving with me the sticky work problem I journaled about on Tuesday night.
The group experienced a level of healing and release that I can hardly put into words.
It was so powerful, I am planning to host a few throughout the year.
I wanted to share it with you here so you could begin to experience this healing too. And while we will not all be physically together, we are always spiritually connected.
I invite you to spend a few minutes writing down what has triggered you or hurt you. Journal the memories that weigh you down. Write out the pain you don't want to talk about. Then you can burn it if that feels safest to you. It's what I call the Journal and Burn.
In the Ho' oponopono Blessing, we ask God to heal our past hurts and memories so we can clear that heaviness and welcome in his light and blessings.
While reciting the prayer, we are asking for clearing, not because we understand why this situation came into our life, just praying to clear it. We are 100% responsible for what comes into our life, much like we covered a few weeks ago with the Judgement is like a Boomerang. We don't have to understand why, we just ask to clear it.
On this Sunday morning, I invite you to take 12 minutes and complete 108 rounds of the Ho' oponopono Blessing.
I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you
I'm sorry I was so unconscious that I brought this situation into my life.
Please forgive me and my family for anything we might have done to cause this to surface.
Thank you for the opportunity to clear this from my life.
I love you- to your higher self and to the place where we are all connected to each other and to the Divine.
This experience was so fascinating to me. As I was going through the repetitions, thinking about my one event I wanted to clear, the "I'm sorry", "Please forgive me" and "Thank you" began to fade away. By the time we were completed with these repetitions, all I had left in me about this situation was "I love you".
Which is the goal of the Ho' oponopono Blessing.
Purge the pain and the bad memories and leave your heart in love.
All that is left is love.
This video is my new favorite way to pray this blessing and soo incredibly powerful to use as a group
Be on the lookout for future Ho' oponopono Blessing circles here in the newsletter.
Until then,
I love you.
Much love,
Erin
