Spiritual Growth is like moving. Are you ready to unpack a box?

We have dreams and desires of a life that we want- desires for ourselves, for our families, for our careers, for our own contentment.

How do we get to this place of sheer bliss and contentment?

We begin by healing our own hearts first.  We heal ourselves... but only when we are ready.

It will not happen any sooner.

So often, I see people, friends and clients struggling and hurting, and I offer them advice and suggestions. Sometimes, I won't see them begin to even consider the guidance for a year.  In the beginning of my practice, I would get so frustrated that these suffering souls wouldn't start healing themselves right upon being given guidance. Over the years, I have come to realize, like all things...

Everything happens in perfect Divine timing.

I, or anyone else, can offer up perfectly crafted guidance and unless the client is ready, it won't make a difference.

Our soul has to be ready to change and ready to stand up to our Ego that is going to try to keep us from changing, since it really likes being in control.

And all change is hard.

Personal growth is much like moving.

It is hard to move. It takes a lot of effort. Boxes are everywhere. At first, you don't know where everything is located. You are trying to find a new home for items. You open one box at a time. You discard the things that no longer serve you.

Sifting through your personal growth works quite the same way.  It takes a lot of effort.  People, feelings and situations feel out of sorts.  You are trying to find a place that feels like home to you.  You open one box at a time and you discard the things that no longer serve you.

You are moving your soul to somewhere new. Somewhere that serves your greater good in a far better way.

Sometimes we plan to move and sometimes...we are forced to move.

We reach a moment where we have "had it" and will no longer treat ourselves this way or let others treat us that way and then we begin to move...physically and spiritually.

It is during these times it is so important to surround yourself with wisdom, support and knowledge.

Hay House has an incredible FREE summit launching soon that will be filled with incredible speakers and wisdom called, "You can Heal Your Life" Summit. The "You can Heal Your Life" Summit begins in 12 days and you can sign up HERE.

If you are local to the San Francisco Bay Area, the New Living Expo is this coming weekend April 26-28th.  This event is always filled with great talks, interesting vendors and so many wonderful people.  I am planning on attending on Saturday to catch Marianne Williamson's free talk at 11am and will be attending Carolyn Myss' Intensive from 4pm-8pm. I hope to see you there!

I am also available for private sessions that help you remain focused on what you want through your journey because it can be tough. I, myself, keep monthly appointments with practitioners I trust and depend on to help keep me on my path and support my journey.

Support your soul's move any way that feels right to you and love yourself enough to make sure you are well supported These moves can be tough, but they are so worth it! Waking up to a life that feels like sheer bliss is worth all the work to unpack each and every one of those boxes!

Much love,
Erin
